Meditation – Tuesday 25th February 4-5pm

These sessions are free of charge.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Yoga mat if you want to lie on the floor
  • Blanket
  • Cushion
  • Bottle of water

Please wear relaxed clothing and bring layers – you can sometimes get cold when we meditate, so you may wish to wear a jumper and warm socks.

Any new meditators will need to complete a participant declaration form.
